Your priority for housing
The Councils will give highest priority to those in the highest housing need. We look at where you live, the conditions you live in and how many bedrooms you need for your household. Our Allocations Policies set out how we give priority for housing.
- We have four priority bands:
- Band A – (Emergency)
- Band B – (Urgent Need to Move)
- Band C – (Identified Housing Need)
- Band D - (No Housing need)
Full details of the priority bands are set out in the Allocations Policies.
